Marketing Communications Specialist (32 hours)

About the role
As a Marketing Communications Associate, you’ll be the linchpin of our team while our colleague is away. You’ll be fully immersed in our day-to-day operations: from managing our social media channels and writing engaging newsletters to maintaining our brand guidelines and supporting campaigns.
Your responsibilities:
Content creation: Writing and designing content for online and offline channels.
Campaign management: Coordinating and monitoring ongoing marketing campaigns.
Internal & External Communication: Maintaining contact with suppliers, the media, and internal stakeholders.
Analysis: Tracking results and preparing reports to increase our impact.
Who are you?
You’re no longer a junior; you know the ropes and can pick up on things quickly. You’re a strong communicator, work independently, and bring a healthy dose of energy to the team.
Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing or communications.
Education: A completed associate’s degree (e.g., Business Economics or Communications).
Skills:
You are creative, solution-oriented, and have an excellent command of the Dutch language; you are also comfortable with English.
You know how to tailor your communication to our target audiences and how to best convey our story to the market.
Planning and organizing are no problem for you.
Experience with tools such as Gemini, HubSpot, and Storyblok is a plus.
Availability: You are available to work 32 hours per week.
