# Adjusted delivery times during the Holiday period

Around the holiday season, our delivery times will differ from what you are used to, but there is no need for concern. This news update provides all the necessary information to ensure your projects do not encounter delays.

## Delivery assurance before Christmas?

To receive an order before Christmas, it must be placed by **13:00 on Thursday, 18 December,** at the latest. Shipments leaving the warehouse on 19 December will be delivered according to standard shipping times.

## Modified delivery schedule (Week 52 & Week 1)

In the period from **Monday, 22 December 2025, up to and including Monday, 6 January 2026**, our logistics partners will switch to an adjusted schedule. Please note that we **cannot guarantee** our standard shipping times during this period.

**Please note!** **No shipments will be dispatched on 24 December (Christmas Eve) and 31 December (New Year's Eve)**. From **Tuesday, 7 January 2026**, our services will resume full operation. From that moment, you can rely on our standard shipping times again.

## ESTG Availability

Our webshop is, as always, **open 24/7** for placing orders. However, please be aware that our office will be closed on several days. We will therefore be unavailable on **24, 25, and 26 December, and on 1 January.**



## Important information

- **Payment confirmation:** To process an order, it is important that payment has been completed. To secure a shipping date before Christmas, please ensure this is attended to.
- **Company closure?** Please inform your dedicated contact person at Customer Service as soon as possible. This prevents unnecessary delivery attempts and subsequent delays.
- **Verify delivery location:** Ensure the delivery address (the project site or your own warehouse) is open to accept the materials.
- **Specific requirements?** Is a delivery between 22 December and 6 January absolutely essential? Please contact Customer Service in a timely manner to discuss the possibilities.
