The SolarEdge Home Hub inverter is the core of the SolarEdge Home Energy Management System (HEMS). You can easily install the inverter together with power optimizers, home batteries, smart meters, and a growing range of other smart energy equipment.




The SolarEdge 1PH Home Hub Inverter series consists of five single-phase residential inverters specifically developed by SolarEdge for HEMS applications.




These Home Hub inverters feature DC Oversizing, meaning there is more direct current (DC) power than alternating current (AC) power. This increases power output in low-light conditions. You can install a smaller inverter for a given size of the DC generator, or you can install more PV modules for a given inverter. The excess generated energy can be stored when using a battery system.




The smallest member of the family is the single-phase SolarEdge Home Hub inverter with 3kW.



## Features of SolarEdge 1PH Home Hub Inverter 3kW



The SolarEdge 1PH Home Hub Inverter 3kW has a backup function and is therefore suitable for connecting a home battery. The supported battery model is the SolarEdge Home Battery 400V.




Due to the overdimensioning, the inverter can handle a solar panel system with a power output of 6000W. This energy can be stored in up to three connected home batteries.
