Growatt ShineLink-X2 (4G) - Monitoring & Communication Unit

The Growatt ShineLink-X2 is the successor to the popular ShineLink-X, offering the same trusted benefits but with new technologies and improved performance. The system consists of a base station (ShineLAN-X2) and a dongle (RFStick-X2). Together, they establish a wireless connection to the inverter and provide a stable internet connection for comprehensive system monitoring.

Enhanced Connectivity & Range

The main innovation in the ShineLink-X2 is the switch to LoRa (Long Range) RF communication. This technology significantly increases the wireless range between the inverter and the base station, guaranteeing a stable and reliable connection even over long distances.

The ShineLink-X2 connects to the internet via a standard UTP network cable for maximum stability. For locations without a wired internet connection, it offers optional 4G connectivity through the mobile network (requires a separate SIM card, not included).

Data-Monitoring

The Growatt ShineLink-X2 collects performance data and sends it in real-time to the Growatt ShineServer platform. This gives you constant access to your system's status and production data. The ShineServer offers a complete overview of your energy consumption and solar generation, accessible anytime via your web browser, smartphone, or tablet.

Functionality

The Growatt ShineLink-X2 maintains simple plug & play commissioning. The base package includes one RF-Stick-X2 for monitoring a single inverter, and the system can be expanded by purchasing additional RF-Stick-X2 dongles. Its powerful LoRa RF communication provides robust wireless control, while the dual LAN and optional 4G connection offers flexibility for direct data exchange. All data can be reviewed and analyzed based on specific dates and times, including daily, weekly, and monthly views.

A total of 3 inverters can be combined with one Shinelink-X2 base station.
